Introduction

Our client is looking for a Administrative Assistant who is prepared to make a difference in managing a small business. This office administrator will manage the company’s daily office activities. The Administrator is responsible for providing general administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and helping improve company procedures and day to day operations.

responsibilities

- Conduct general office management

- Be the friendly face of Singular for visitors in the office

- Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary and inventory controls and make recommendations to management;

- Provide and maintain business premises and other facilities

- Act as the "catch-all" for miscellaneous projects and assignments

- Serve as primary contact for all deliveries to building and ensure all delivery persons are directed appropriately.

- Manage office supply ordering/stocking and internal communications.

- Manage and process accounts payable/receivables, with Clients ( including follow up on payments ) and Vendors

- Answer inbound phone calls


requirements

  • - Minimum of 3 years administrative and Administrative/Office Management experience

    - Exceptional organizational and communication skills

    - Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook

    - Trusted to handle confidential information and tasks

    - Adaptable, proactive, resourceful, with a self-starter mindset

    - Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and turn around projects quickly, with detail and accuracy
