+ What is a staffing firm?
In short, staffing firms are a third party mediator to help companies find employees.
+ Why do companies use Advolinks?
There are a variety of reasons why companies want to use our service. For example, they may...
- Need candidates with unique skills
- Small to midsize firms may lack resources to find candidates
- Large firms need assistance with project-based staff
- Growth in business leading to larger staff need
- Initiated new or large project, needs a qualified team to support
- Want insight about the market status
+ What jobs do you have available right now?
To see our current offers, see our "Open Jobs" page. We also post updates on Facebook and LinkedIn. We encourage you to follow us to receive notifications about our opportunities!
+ How much does it cost?
Advolinks earns their profits through clients, not you.
Our only goal is to be an advocate of the market, helping link people to ideal opportunities that match technically and culturally.
+ Does Advolinks take a portion of my earnings?
Absolutely not. We want the best for you and we will always make the case for the fairest compensation for your talent. The clients pay for our services without effect on your rate.
+ If I accept a job, am I hired by Advolinks or the company?
It depends. Our clients engage us to find people in two ways:
- Direct hire: they use our services to find a permanent employee.
- Project-based work: Ongoing project based work requires the flexibility of hiring individuals with unique skillsets for a specific duration of time. These engagements can be long-term and often lead to permanent employment. During the duration of consultancy, Advolinks will be your employer.
+ Are all of your positions contracted or temporary?
No, not always. We will always list what kind of job opportunity it is in our "Open Jobs" page. We have access to many different types of jobs, many of which are permanent and full-time positions. There may come a time, however, that you seek a temporary or short term job- and we can help you find that as well.
+ What happens if I don't like the job I was placed into?
Our goal is to place you at jobs that are great cultural and technical matches. Sometimes, your assignment may not meet your expectations. In this event, reach out to us to receive some guidance on the issues you're having. If the issues cannot be resolved, we will ethnically engage all parties to ensure a smooth transition and help market you for another opportunity.
