Our primary focus is on multifamily residential buildings in the Bay Area and San Francisco in particular. Our clients range from large developers to first-time homeowners, and our multidisciplinary approach allows us control over all phases of design from site planning through construction administration. Requirements
Seeking experienced licensed architecht to remotely handle projects for a firm in san francisco
Experience in developing master plans, architectural design and presentation materials.
Lead the design effort to develop 3D Sketch-up model and Revit/CAD drawings for building design of complex projects. Potentially follow through to DD and CD phase using Revit (Revit training will be provided).
Previous experience in multi-family residential or hospitality/mixed use projects.
Strong ability to interpret a building program and quickly generate elevations, floor plan design, and detail development.
Ability to communicate design ideas verbally and graphically with freehand sketches and digital presentations.
Proper communicate skill with client and consultant team.
Team player who is willing to provide leadership and guidance for junior designers.
Minimum Requirement for architectural positions
Seeking a licensed architecht.
Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Sketch-Up, MS Office, Revit experience is a major plus.
Assume ownership of assignments, meet deadlines and budgets with diligence and quality design.
Able to work effectively in an open and collaborative team environment.
