Our client is a 45-person award-winning architecture+planning firm in emerging downtown Oakland. Our office specializes in high-density residential/retail mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, focuses on developing creative design solutions that surpass client's expectations and respond to environment and community. We also have many large-scale and innovative TOD, Urban Design/ Planning works domestically and internationally. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Requirements

  • Expected work experience: 8-10+ years

  • cal experience in preparation of construction documents and coordination of consultant teams.

  • Work directly with partners and senior directors. Also provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

  • Coordinate projects with client and consultant teams. Lead project teams to success in a collaborative environment.

  • Prepare accurate construction documents using Revit software to the highest level.

  • Understanding of Building Code, Accessible requirement, and construction method of Type I and Type III buildings.

  • Deadline conscious, possess excellent organization skill to manage complex project.
