Introduction

Located in bustling Oakland Downtown with lots of walkable city amenities, restaurants, and BART. Our client has an energetic staff of 45 and are looking for a Project Architect and/or Project Manager to lead their design and DD/CD team. Revit knowledge and capabilities are a must.

responsibilities

  • Involvement in projects from conceptual design through construction.

  • Lead project teams to success in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Work directly with partners and senior staff to guide team members.

  • Coordinate projects with client and consultant teams.

  • Prepare construction documents to the highest level.

requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience in preparation of construction documents and coordination of consultant teams. Revit knowledge on large scale projects is a must.

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

  • Licensed Architect a plus.

  • Multi-family residential and mixed-use experience a major plus.

  • A very organized person who can track multiple projects.

  • Creative and technically minded.
